“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?”
(Romans 8:31 KJV)
Today, we live in a world where satanic activities are on the increase. In fact, it seems the devil himself is let loose on earth and he appears to be throwing his weight around in virtually every aspect of human life, giving the impression that he is in-charge, and this affects every area. It affects the economy, the government, and our health amongst others. It comes in diverse ways such that you are tempted to believe that there is no way out. But, I have come to let you know that irrespective of what the devil is doing today, the God that you and I serve is not nervous. He is in-charge! His back is not against the wall. He is not wondering what to do. In fact, the challenge we face is for Him a stepping stone to your greater height. Everything is in His plan and He is in charge.
However, there is one thing you must know: any time you see the devil putting you under pressure it is because of what God has done in your life. All truth is parallel, just the way no one runs after or tackles the man without the ball on the football pitch, the devil will not come against you if there is nothing ahead of you. The fact that the heat is on is proof that you are going somewhere but the greater news is that there is nothing the devil can do to stop you. The Lord does not react. It is the devil that reacts to what God has done. Remember that during the birth of Moses, Pharaoh decided to kill every male child born to the Jews. The reason why Pharaoh did that was because a deliverer was born. But, he could not stop God’s purpose. When Jesus was born, Herod killed all the male children aged two and below. But, he couldn’t stop Jesus. No matter what the devil does, he cannot stop God’s purpose in your life. The plans of God concerning you will be fulfilled. Don’t be afraid, be bold and confident; you are on the winning team and your victory is assured.
